4. Orders

When you place an order, you agree that the information you provide is current, complete and accurate.

After an order is placed, you may receive an order confirmation. This does not prevent us from cancelling an order where reasonably necessary, such as where:

• Payment cannot be authorised
• Fraud or misuse is suspected
• An item is unavailable
• An obvious pricing or listing error has occurred

Estimated delivery times are generally 7–15 business days, depending on destination, carrier availability, customs processing and other circumstances.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

GlowAlign currently intends to serve customers in Australia, New Zealand and the United States.

International orders may be subject to customs procedures, import requirements, taxes or duties depending on the destination. Any applicable charges will be handled in accordance with the information presented at checkout and applicable law.

7. Delays

GlowAlign is not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, including delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, severe weather, natural disasters, transportation disruptions or other events beyond our control.

8. Returns & Refunds

GlowAlign offers eligible returns within 60 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Because our products are intended for oral-care use, opened or used products may not generally be eligible for change-of-mind returns for hygiene reasons.

This restriction does not limit rights relating to faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise non-compliant products where applicable consumer law provides a remedy.

9. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, appears faulty or contains an incorrect product, contact support@glowalignoffical.com as soon as possible.

We may request your order number, photographs, video or other reasonable information necessary to assess the issue.

Where required, an appropriate remedy may include repair, replacement or refund in accordance with applicable law.
